Facebook（フェイスブック）のユーザーIDが分かれば、そのFacebookのRSSフィード（RSS feed）が利用できるようなので調べて見ましたが、一部のサイトでしか使えないようです。
FacebookのユーザーIDを調べる方法
まず、FacebookのユーザーIDを調べる方法も、ネットに提示してある方法とは、異なってきているようです。
FacebookのURLを変更してない人は、今まで通り、自分のURLにそのままIDが掲示されています。
たとえば、「https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1000999999999」となっていれば、「id=」の後ろの部分「1000999999999」がIDとなります。
しかし、自分のURLを変更している場合は少し工夫が必要です。
私のfacebookは、「https://www.facebook.com/koukunishige」ですので、このページアクセスし、自分の画像をクリックします。
すると、この画像が拡大されると同時に、以下のURL アドレスが表示されます。
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=168740733141474&set=a.155541227794758.35807.100000166446867&type=1&theater
このアドレスの中で、「100000166446867」がIDとなります。
RSS feedの取得
このFacebook IDさえ分かれば、RSS feedを利用できると説明してあるサイトがかなりありました。
http://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?format=atom10&id=100000166446867
鹿島アントラーズのFacebookのRSS Feedも次のような形式で利用できます。
https://www.facebook.com/feeds/page.php?id=205640519465003&format=rss20
しかし、うまくいきませんでした。
現時点では、一部のサイトをのぞいて、この機能は使えないようです。
利用しようとすると、次のようなエラーメッセージが返されます。
Facebook Syndication Error

This probably means that you can’t see the feed that you were trying to access. This is probably because the owner of the feed changed his or her privacy settings or deleted content on the feed.
